Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Our service

Sylvaro designs and builds websites for gyms and fitness studios. Our standard process runs in four steps: an initial call, a style/direction round, the build itself, and going live on your own domain — typically around two weeks from the call, assuming we receive your photos, schedule, and pricing promptly.

Booking a call

The initial 30-minute call booked through Calendly is free, with no obligation to purchase anything. Nothing is charged and no commitment is made until you agree to move forward with a build.

Fees and payment

Moving forward with a build involves a one-time build fee, and optionally an ongoing monthly plan covering hosting, security, and updates. Exact pricing is confirmed with you before any work begins and depends on the scope of your project. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, due dates) are agreed in writing with each client before the build starts.

Revisions

Each build includes one round of revisions as part of the agreed fee. Additional rounds or scope changes beyond what was agreed may involve an additional cost, which we'll always confirm with you first.

Ownership

Once a build is paid for in full, the finished website is yours to use. We may showcase completed work (screenshots, links) in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Cancellations

You can cancel a project before work begins at no cost. Once work has started, any deposit or payment already made covers work completed to that point and is generally non-refundable, though we'll always try to be reasonable and will confirm specifics with you in writing before starting.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party services to deliver and run your site — for example, Calendly for scheduling, and hosting/DNS providers such as Cloudflare once your site is live. We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these third-party services, though we'll do what we reasonably can to help resolve them.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-built websites, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that a website alone will produce a specific business result (such as a number of new members). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant work.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
