Who we are
Sylvaro ("we", "us") designs and builds websites for gyms and fitness studios. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or get in touch with us, and how we use it. We're based in Egypt and work with gyms internationally.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as:
- Your name, email, and gym/studio details when you book a call through Calendly or email us
- Anything you share with us during a call or over email — for example, your schedule, pricing, or photos, if you decide to move forward with a build
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only third-party services this site loads are:
- Google Fonts — used to display our typefaces. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends Google your IP address and basic request information, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Calendly — used to schedule calls. When you book a call, the information you enter is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run calls, scope and deliver a website build if you become a client, and communicate with you about your project. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it outside of the service providers named above and anyone directly involved in delivering your project (for example, a hosting provider).
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@sylvaro.co and we'll handle your request promptly.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded on the site (Google Fonts, Calendly) may set their own cookies under their respective policies.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for gym and studio owners and operators, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
